With the acquisition of multiple new hotel brands, Marriott sought to consolidate their user experience with the launch of the Marriott Bonvoy program. This initiative, referred to as the Unified Guest Experience (UGX), was in part aimed to solve for the recent addition of many luxury and leisure properties.
Our goal was to define and design new personalized experiences that made it fun and easy for users to discover, plan, shop, share, and book travel.
